Booking Conditions:

We welcome couples, mature persons, Golfing groups and families with well behaved children only please.
Good behaviour is expected. Sorry no young singles/groups.
All bookings are on a strictly first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT - Before you send any deposits please phone or email us to establish availability & prices for the required dates.

We will require a Sterling (GBP) 25% deposit to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. Once funds have cleared (normally 4 workings days), we will send you a receipt and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 6 weeks before your departure. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance).
